I’m Eirini.
As a child, I was always searching for connection.
I found it in the trees I hugged, the animals I couldn’t walk past without touching, the earth beneath my bare feet, and the warmth of the sun on my skin. Long before I knew the word yoga, nature had already become my first teacher.
Years later, that same feeling led me to India, where I immersed myself in the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga in an ashram. There, I realized that yoga is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering what has always been within me.
After returning to Greece, I continued my studies through a Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Athens. I believe that teaching begins with remaining a student. For this reason, I continue to study through trainings, workshops, and ongoing education, allowing my practice to evolve with humility, curiosity, and respect for the tradition of yoga.
Today, I continue that journey by sharing this practice through classes in nature, beneath the trees, by the sea, and under the open sky, inviting others to reconnect with the five elements, their senses, their breath, and the quiet intelligence of the body.
If my classes offer anything, I hope they remind you of something you have never truly lost.
May you always find your way back to yourself.
